A space to explore together

RAFT to Freedom meetings offer a supportive, reflective space for exploring the workbook in the company of others.
Each week, we meet with a different practice or theme, drawing on early Buddhist teachings, modern psychology, and lived experience. The meetings are open to anyone interested in exploring harmful cravings, aversions, compulsive habits, difficult emotions, or patterns that bring suffering.
There is no need to be a Buddhist, to have read the workbook, or to share more than feels comfortable. You are welcome to come as you are.

What to expect
Meetings usually include a short introduction to the week’s theme, time for reflection, and an opportunity to explore the practice alongside others.
The emphasis is not on getting things right or finding the perfect answer. It is simply an opportunity to pause, notice what is present, and consider what might support a little more clarity, kindness, and freedom.
Both weekly meetings explore the same practice, while offering different self-reflection questions to deepen the exploration. Each meeting stands alone, so participants are welcome to attend either meeting or both, while remaining in step with the programme.
Each chapter is also designed to stand alone. Those who can attend only occasionally will still be able to engage with the theme, benefit from the practice, and be warmly welcomed whenever they join us.

Supporting RAFT to Freedom
RAFT to Freedom is freely offered. There are, however, ongoing costs involved in maintaining the website, online meetings, and supporting resources.
Contributions towards these costs are warmly appreciated, but never expected. The programme remains available whether or not someone is able to contribute.
Contributions can be made through PayPal:
Thank you for helping to keep RAFT to Freedom available to others.
